Willow Terrace is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in achieving greater independence with daily activities. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver skilled treatment, assist with ADLs, and document progress to help residents improve function, safety, and quality of life within a collaborative care team.

  • Current COTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.

Willow Terrace is hiring a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in achieving greater independence with daily activities.

Role Overview

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will provide skilled treatment services that help residents improve function, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, therapeutic exercise, adaptive equipment, and functional tasks.
