Job summary

Helena Public Schools seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team serving 8,000 students across 18 campuses. You will provide therapy under an OT, support treatment planning for IEP goals, and document activities and attendance.

The position requires completing an accredited OTA program and holding a Montana OTA license, with reliable transportation to cover multiple campuses. Entry-level salary range is $20.03- $22.66 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completed OTA program accredited by AOTA.
• Current Montana OTA license.
• Able to work effectively with students, staff and the school community.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic activities under supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Assist OT with treatment planning to support IEP goals.
• Record attendance and document individual therapy activities.
