Job summary

Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based team full-time in Arizona.

You will work directly with students, supporting independence and success in the classroom while collaborating with teachers and therapists. In this role you’ll provide direct therapy under an OT, implement treatment plans, document progress, and help students improve fine motor, self-care, and classroom participation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state COTA license or certification (or eligibility).
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
