Job summary

Life Care Center of Burlington is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide direct rehab care under supervision of an OT. This full-time, hourly role requires NBCOT certification, an active state license, CPR, and a program graduate.

You will contribute to patient care plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while upholding Life Care standards and demonstrating professional conduct.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certified upon hire.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license in good standing.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follows occupational treatment plans under the supervising OT.
• Maintains patient charts appropriately and promptly.
• Utilizes therapy software and communicates with the team.
• Demonstrates good body mechanics and patient safety.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan for patient needs.
