Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license and registration.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment under supervision of the OT.
• Implement goals and provide feedback through documentation.
• Collaborate with all disciplines for optimal patient care.
• Maintain punctual attendance and professionalism.
• Complete duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
