ABA Results LLC in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. You will implement OT treatment plans under supervision, help clients improve fine motor skills, ADLs, and sensory processing, and document progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with OTs, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Florida licensure eligibility and NBCOT certification are required or needed to obtain

Qualificações

• Active NBCOT certification as a COTA is required.
• Florida state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a COTA.
• Experience with pediatric, adult, or diverse patient populations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, ADLs, and therapeutic interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized OT treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Assist clients in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and ADLs.
• Document client progress, session notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
