This full-time role is scheduled for 40 hours per week (days).
Our team-focused Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) deliver rehabilitative care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, supporting patient progress, independence, and high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and goal achievement. Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and document outcomes. Collaborate with patients and care teams to deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and follow safety protocols.
