Qualifications

The Role - What You'll Do

• Our team-focused Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) deliver rehabilitative care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, supporting patient progress, independence, and high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications - What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements - What You Need to Know

• A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time
• Both gross and precise motor functions
• Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids
• Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care
• Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard
