ClearSky Health seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Rockwall, TX team. You will deliver rehab services under an OT, assist with assessments and treatment planning, and document outcomes to support patient independence and quality of life.

Candidate must have OTA program completion, state licensure, and BLS/CPR. New grads encouraged; 40 hours/week, days, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Current State Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• New grads encouraged to apply; 1 year of direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitative care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and goal achievement.
