Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Clifton, IL seeks a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will help implement individualized plans of care and support patients toward meaningful functional outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with therapists, discuss progress with patients, document responses to treatment, and help operate standard OT equipment to deliver quality care across all phases of therapy.

• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
