Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified occupational therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

Qualifications

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Follow an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.
