Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will help implement individualized treatment plans and support patient progress.

You will assist with therapy sessions, document patient responses, communicate with the treating therapist and facility staff, and help operate standard OT equipment. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• OTA credential required.
• Supervision by an Occupational Therapist.
• Ability to contribute to treatment plans and patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment with good functional outcomes.
• Assist in developing and implementing OT treatment programs based on patient needs under supervision.
• Assist patients through all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
