Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking an occupational therapy assistant to join our growing team. Working under an occupational therapist, you will help implement individualized treatment plans and support patients through their rehabilitation.

The role focuses on delivering quality care, recording patient progress, and communicating with the supervising OT, rehab team, and facility staff to ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
