Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. You will work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist to assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

As part of the role, you will ensure quality treatment and participate in developing and implementing treatment programs tailored to each patient’s needs, while maintaining clear communication with the OT, Rehab

• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
