Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Woodstock, IL is seeking an occupational therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. You will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist to support individualized care plans and deliver quality treatment for patients.

You will assist with all phases of therapy, document patient responses, and collaborate with the OT, Director or Rehab, and facility staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Assist patients under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Develop and implement therapy programs based on patient needs.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments.

• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
