Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our care team in Webster, MA. The COTA will assist in data collection and direct treatment for a general rehab caseload under an Occupational Therapist's supervision.

Qualifications include an associate degree in OTA, MA COTA license, and CEUs per licensure. Newly licensed grads are welcome to apply, with potential for growth and comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collection of assessment data and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Under physician's order, provide direct resident treatments per an established plan of care.
• Contribute to team meetings and participate in decision-making processes as defined by the program.
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Monitor efficiencies in collaboration with supervisor.
