Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Massachusetts. You will assist in assessment data collection and deliver direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Applicants must have an OTA associate degree, MA COTA license, and CEUs per licensure rules.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OTA from an accredited program.
• CEU requirements per state licensure.
• Massachusetts COTA license is required.
• Newly licensed grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collection of assessment data and direct treatment under the OT supervision.
• Under physician orders, provide direct resident treatments per plan of care.
• Participate in team meetings and program decision-making.
