The OTA will deliver treatments per the care plan and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes. Qualified candidates hold an OTA license in good standing and possess an associate’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or greater - Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
• In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments per established plan of care and adjust as needed with IDT collaboration.
• Monitor patient response to interventions and document thoroughly.
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
