Job summary

Orchard View Post Acute is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Idaho. Full-time and PRN opportunities available. Provide OT services under supervision and support residents’ daily living skills and mobility.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment, ensuring accurate documentation and compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Must hold a current Idaho OTA license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with improving strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and document resident progress.
• Communicate changes in resident condition or progress to the Occupational Therapist.
• Educate and support residents, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Create a safe, encouraging, resident-focused therapy environment.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Idaho
