Job summary

Orchard View Post Acute is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Idaho. Full-time and PRN opportunities available. Provide OT services under supervision and support residents’ daily living skills and mobility.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment, ensuring accurate documentation and compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited OTA program.
Must hold a current Idaho OTA license.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Assist residents with improving strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills.
Follow individualized treatment plans and document resident progress.
Communicate changes in resident condition or progress to the Occupational Therapist.
Educate and support residents, families, and caregivers.
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Create a safe, encouraging, resident-focused therapy environment.
