Orchard View Post Acute is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Idaho. Join a compassionate team and make a difference in residents' lives.

This role offers full-time pay at $45 per hour and PRN work at $50 per hour, with supportive leadership and opportunities for growth. As a COTA, you will deliver occupational therapy under licensed OT supervision, support residents in improving daily living skills, and document progress while collaborating with the nursing and therapy

Qualifications

• Must hold Idaho COTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist residents with improving strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills.
• Follow treatment plans and document resident progress.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the OT.
• Educate and support residents, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Create a safe, resident-centered therapy environment.
