Bear Mountain Healthcare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our In House Rehab Team. The role supports residents with OT services under supervision, contributing to assessments, planning and documentation.

• Maintains and completes accurate documentation, department records and reports.

Provides occupational therapy services to residents by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.

Education, Experience, and Licensure/Certifications
