Job summary

Bear Mountain is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. You’ll work under an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized therapy that supports resident goals and independence.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and participating in care and discharge planning. A strong focus on resident-centered care, teamwork, and ongoing professional development drives our department.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams.
