Job summary

Bear Mountain Healthcare in Boston, MA seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join an in-house rehab team. The role supports residents with OT services under supervision and contributes to patient assessments and treatment planning.

This position may be part-time, full-time, or PRN, depending on staffing needs and patient care demands. The ideal candidate holds an OTA degree, an active license or eligibility, and a commitment to quality care in a short-term and long-term care

Qualifications

• Active state license or license eligibility.
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Identifies indications for and assists in evaluations at appropriate intervals under the direction of the occupational therapist.
• Assists the occupational therapist in identifying a problem list, short-term goals, long-term goals and treatment plan.
• Maintains and completes accurate documentation, department records and reports.

Education, Experience, and Licensure/Certifications
