This position reports to the Manager-Costume Production and Sustainment, Warehouse Portfolio.

This role is a Full-Time role.

What You Will Do:
  • Assist in development of storage facility operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, quality control, and shipping
  • Schedule, train, and lead a storage facility team to address day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
  • Review and prepare workflow, resource needs and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer service standards are met
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and implementing standards and procedures and aligning with Company guidelines
  • Assist in supervising daily activities of the storage facility, including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor efficiency, shipping, and customer service
  • Ensure daily equipment inspections are completed and all safety protocols are followed
  • Meet regularly with storage facility leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for efficiency and loss prevention
  • Assist in the logistics used to transport products to customers and internal facilities
  • Support the collaborative and supportive working relationship with co-workers and support staff across all levels of the organization, and across partnering disciplines
  • Proactively identify operational issues, recommend and implement strategies to resolve
  • Participate in planning, scheduling, and staffing entertainment fittings
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in leading hourly Cast Members
  • Previous experience in operational leadership
  • Knowledge in storage facility procedures and inventory control
  • Skilled in prioritizing and multitasking a variety of workflows
  • Prior experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Skilled in identifying and following through on goals and objectives
  • Experience delivering direct written and oral feedback
  • Willingness to travel between work locations in a given day
  • Ability to work around all types of fabrics, fibers, & synthetic
  • Schedule availability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multilingual
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Advanced Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $56,700.00 to $76,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
