Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Costume Storage Manager to lead a dedicated Cast Members team, oversee storage facility operations, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding safety and service standards.

The role reports to the Manager-Costume Production and Sustainment, Warehouse Portfolio and is a Full-Time position located in Florida, with travel between work locations as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in leading hourly Cast Members.
• Operational leadership experience is required.
• Knowledge of storage facility procedures and inventory control.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask a variety of workflows.
• Experience delivering customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to identify and pursue goals and objectives.
• Experience giving direct written and oral feedback.
• Willingness to travel between work locations in a day.
• Ability to work around fabrics, fibers, and synthetics.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage storage facility operations with inventory control and shipping.
• Schedule, train, and lead a storage team to meet performance goals.
• Review workflows, space needs, equipment layouts and action plans for efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment following company standards.
• Supervise daily storage activities including inventory control, logistics, and customer service.
• Ensure daily equipment inspections and safety protocols are followed.
• Meet with storage leads to review efficiency and loss-prevention plans.
• Coordinate logistics to move products to customers and internal facilities.
• Collaborate across departments to support operations.
• Identify issues and implement strategies to resolve them.
• Participate in planning, scheduling, and staffing entertainment fittings.
