Job summary

Hanwha Defense USA, Inc. is seeking an analyst to support the accounting and finance team with labor charging compliance, timekeeping reconciliation, and cost code mapping to Costpoint projects.

This role ensures proper mapping of charges and adherence to DCAA/FAR requirements during monthly close. The position involves reviewing labor charges and project assignments, maintaining time charge structures, and supporting FP&A activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with no restrictions on working for a federal contractor.
• Experience in AR, AP, general ledger accounting, payroll, financial reporting, or related areas.
• Bilingual English/Korean (business/professional) preferred to interact with Korean parent company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee time charge codes to ensure proper mapping to Costpoint projects and accounts per DCAA/FAR.
• Maintain and validate time charge code structures across multiple projects and labor categories.
• Perform timesheet reconciliation in Costpoint, identify/match errors, and resolve noncompliant charges.
• Review and approve labor charges and project assignments as part of internal controls.
• Coordinate with project managers for project setup, labor categories, and cost allowability.
