Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a Quote Analyst to maintain Product Costing, Manufacturing Execution, and Sales Quoting data across SAP, CableBuilder, and ServiceNow. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Specifications, and other support functions to ensure information aligns with business operations.

This position supports continuous improvement and data integrity projects to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
• Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
• Preferred Education & Experience: 8-11 Years

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Product Costing and Production data within Southwire's specification and ERP systems.
• Ensure information related to BOMs and Routes is consistent with current manufacturing processes.
• Utilize product information and systems to create product cost quotes for Sales.
• Facilitate business decisions by providing cost verifications and comparisons.
• Perform data audits and facilitate change management processes.
• Collaborate with functional teams responsible for system changes and enhancements. Teams consist of but are not limited to: Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, Product Management, Industrial Engineers and Specifications.
