Job summary

The Kasper Group is a leading apparel company, seeking a Costing Coordinator to manage costing processes and data accuracy. You will review FOBs, update SAP and PLM, and coordinate with divisions to finalize costing data.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and strong numerical skills; SAP/PLM experience is a plus. Salary range reflects market standards for this role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and/or PLM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review final FOB confirmations for accuracy.
• Update SAP records to reflect costing changes.
• Update PLM with allocations from manager.
• Enter data: update bulk/pps placements in PLM.
• Confirm final FOB by divisions and monitor discrepancies.
• Maintain active factory lists and submit vendor master forms; ensure factory evaluations are complete before compliance.

Costing Coordinator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Review final FOB confirmations for accuracy.
• Update SAP.
• Update PLM with allocations from manager.
• Once costing and production dates are finalized update bulk/pps placements in PLM (Data Entry).
• Confirm final FOB by divisions, monitor discrepancy log by divisions.
• Maintain active factory lists and responsible for submit proper vendor master forms, ensure factory evaluations have complete information before send to compliance dept.

Salary Range: $65K- $75K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
