Job summary

The Kasper Group is an apparel industry leader providing women’s wardrobe solutions for wear-to-work and special occasions. This role supports FOB confirmations, SAP and PLM updates, and data entry to ensure accurate costing and production dates.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, comfort with statistics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, withSAP/PLM experience considered a plus. Salary ranges reflect experience and unit assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• SAP and/or PLM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review final FOB confirmations for accuracy.
• Update SAP.
• Update PLM with allocations from manager.
• Once costing and production dates are finalized update bulk/pps placements in PLM (Data Entry).
• Confirm final FOB by divisions, monitor discrepancy log by divisions
• Maintain active factory lists and responsible for submit proper vendor master forms, ensure factory evaluations have complete information before send to compliance dept.
