Job summary

Blueair is seeking a National Account Manager to drive Costco growth. You will manage day-to-day Costco relationships, develop annual plans, and lead promotional and assortment initiatives across Seattle/Bellevue, Chicago or New York City bases with regular travel to Seattle.

Candidates should have 4–7 years in retail sales or account management, strong analytics, and excellent communication. Relocation to Seattle is available, and hybrid/in-office collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in retail sales, account management, or customer development.
• Experience managing national retail accounts, specifically Costco.
• Strong analytical skills using sales, inventory and performance data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with Costco's buying and merchandising teams.
• Build and drive the account's annual plan and Joint Business Planning strategy.
• Grow the relationship by spotting new distribution, assortment and sales opportunities.
• Lead customer presentations, business reviews, and performance updates.
• Represent Blueair in buyer meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Own promotional planning and end-to-end execution.
• Monitor sales, inventory, forecasts and replenishment to move the business forward.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance and product teams.
