US Family Turf LLC is hiring in Orange County, CA to represent our top-rated artificial turf company inside Costco. You will greet customers, generate qualified in-store leads, and schedule in-home design consultations for our design/sales team. No door-to-door selling is required and bonuses are available based on performance.

Candidates should be outgoing, reliable, and comfortable with CRM tools. Flexible 4–8 hour shifts and paid training are offered in a dynamic, energetic team environment

We are seeking candidates based in Orange County, CA - Servicing surrounding areas such as Santa Ana and Irvine.

US Family Turf LLC is hiring outgoing, high-energy team members to represent our top-rated artificial turf company inside Costco. No door-to-door. No cold calling. Members come directly to you!

Mission of the Role:

Generate qualified, high-value appointments by engaging Costco members in-store, educating them about the benefits of artificial turf, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our design/sales team. This role directly fuels company growth through meaningful customer interactions.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage Costco members at our turf booth or exit fence.
• Create interest and generate leads for onsite quotes
• Share basic information about our products and services
• Schedule qualified in-home design consultations - no selling or closing required
• Maintain a polished, professional presence inside Costco
• Log all appointments and lead details accurately in the CRM
• Contribute positively to a fun, energetic environment

Key Performance Expectations:

• Maintain 10-15 qualified appointments per week on average
• Achieve ≥ 85% appointment show rate
• Contribute to a ≥ 40% close rate
• Represent US Family Turf with professionalism and integrity
