Mission of the Role

Generate qualified, high‑value appointments by engaging Costco members in‑store, educating them about the benefits of artificial turf, and scheduling free in‑home consultations for our design/sales team. This role directly fuels company growth through meaningful customer interactions.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage Costco members at our turf booth or exit fence.
• Create interest and generate leads for onsite quotes.
• Share basic information about our products and services.
• Schedule qualified in‑home design consultations – no selling or closing required.
• Maintain a polished, professional presence inside Costco.
• Log all appointments and lead details accurately in the CRM.
• Contribute positively to a fun, energetic environment.

Key Performance Expectations

• Maintain 10–15 qualified appointments per week on average.
• Represent US Family Turf with professionalism and integrity.
