Job summary

Sourceability is seeking a PPV Coordinator to join our Global Purchasing Team, working hybrid or remote across Mexico or the United States. You will identify, analyze, and coordinate cost-saving opportunities by reviewing BOMs, RFQs, and sourcing requirements from OEM/EMS customers, bridging Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive procurement and supply chain experience, including leadership responsibility within a global environment.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication for working with internal stakeholders and global suppliers.
• Strong BOM analysis and component identification capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer BOMs, RFQs, and component lists to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prioritize opportunities by savings potential and market conditions.
• Review customer quotes and align analysis with quoting and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor semiconductor market trends and supply-demand dynamics.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Buyers, Procurement, and Supply Chain leadership to resolve sourcing challenges.
• Develop and implement new sourcing and quoting strategies with PPV Team Lead and Senior management.
• Prepare customer quotations for Sales aligned with profitability objectives.
• Review and maintain Automated Quote Strategy Files with sales input.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to track outcomes and drive improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends and continuously build procurement expertise.
