Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist in Elizabethtown, NC to drive global commodity strategies and tangible savings. You will translate plans into sourcing actions, lead negotiations, and manage risk and supplier performance across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Commodity Manager in developing and executing global commodity strategies.
• Translate strategies into sourcing projects with milestones and measurable deliverables.
• Lead or support Sourcing initiatives from RFQ to savings realization and supplier selection.
• Analyze spend, pricing, market conditions, and supplier economics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive PPV and VAVE objectives with cross-functional teams to realize savings and continuity actions.
• Prepare sourcing analyses, business cases, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Coordinate supplier negotiations and establish competitive pricing structures and terms.
• Manage supplier performance, risk, and escalation actions with stakeholders.
• Track savings, risk, and dashboard metrics; maintain project trackers.
