We are seeking a senior technical leader in cost planning to drive product cost optimization and ensure competitiveness within the assigned category.

Responsibilities include evaluating design proposals for cost, value, and manufacturability; guiding cross-functional teams; assessing technical feasibility; and providing strategic recommendations.

Key duties involve technical leadership, stakeholder alignment, verifying cost targets, analyzing proposals, and influencing decision-making through clear communication.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, with at least 15 years of industry experience in product development, cost analysis, and team leadership. Expertise in areas such as electrical harnesses, battery management, or infotainment systems is required. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost drivers, and technical tools like Excel and CATIA is essential. Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary, preferably with automotive industry experience.

Work is primarily onsite, with potential for one remote day per week.
