Qualifications

• Strong strategic, business, financial, and operational acumen, preferably within healthcare, Cost of Care, or affordability.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, communicate effectively, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive progress without direct authority.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks, identify dependencies, resolve barriers, and navigate complex organizational challenges.
• Experience orchestrating complex, enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy through implementation and value realization.
• Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or strategic operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and develops best practices and cost of care improvement processes.
• Provides end-to-end operational orchestration across high-priority Cost of Care initiatives, helping maintain momentum from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization.
• Oversees the identification of potential cost of care savings opportunities through complex analytics via partnering with the cost of care analytics team, to developing action plans, benefits and risk assessments and overseeing and partnering with the actuarial team to develop and ensure accurate savings quantification.
• Champions cost of care initiatives and partners with cross-functional business, clinical, operational, analytics, and other stakeholders to facilitate alignment, clarify dependencies, and accelerate decision-making.
• Manages and presents cost of care projects to senior leadership.
• Participates in Enterprise CoC workgroups and project teams.
