Elevance Health is seeking a Cost of Care Director to drive end-to-end operational orchestration of high-priority cost of care initiatives across the enterprise with cross-functional partners.

This role partners with clinical, analytics, actuarial and business leaders to align stakeholders, identify dependencies, quantify savings, and accelerate value realization.

Hybrid work arrangement with in-office days and EST/CST hours; BS/BA and 9+ years of healthcare experience required.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA degree and minimum of 9 years in Health Care or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop best practices for cost of care improvement processes.
• Provide end-to-end orchestration of high-priority Cost of Care initiatives.
• Identify cost of care savings opportunities with analytics and actuarial input.
• Champion cost of care initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate decisions.
• Manage and present cost of care projects to senior leadership.
• Participate in Enterprise CoC workgroups and project teams.
