Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Seattle team and support construction cost management across a diverse portfolio in the Pacific Northwest.

You will lead cost planning, estimating, procurement, commercial management, and cost control across all project phases while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams. The role emphasizes strong communication and multi-project prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
• 3–5 years of relevant cost management/quantity surveying experience.
• RICS accreditation preferred or progress toward.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost planning, estimating, procurement, and cost control across project lifecycle.
• Develop and review cost estimates; benchmark pricing and value engineering.
• Manage cost reporting, budgets, forecasts and risk registers; lead cost meetings.
