Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• RICS accreditation or in progress is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Advising client on strategies, vendor prequalification, and bid leveling; chairing bid interviews.
• Developing project estimates for construction, fees, and direct costs; presenting to client.
• Establishing cost reporting schedules and maintaining commercial risk registers.
• Managing cost control processes, change orders, and payment requisitions.
• Conducting final accounting and post-contract audits; delivering training material.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
