Job summary

Work with project teams to ensure budgets align with contracts and schedules, delivering data-driven insights and guidance through milestones. This on-site role is contract-to-hire with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have strong cost management and cost estimating experience across project phases.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably hyperscale data centers.
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Ability to align budgets with scope, contracts, and schedule, and present data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle cost management for complex construction projects from concept through completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates aligned with design phases.
• Review design options and construction methods for cost impact.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Produce cash flow forecasts and tender documentation for trades.
