• Engage with vendors to review and validate cost inputs.
• Provide capital planning insights to optimize investment decisions.
• Manage cost reporting schedules and present forecasts.
• Support procurement activities including bid evaluation and vendor selection.
• Oversee cost control, change management, and contract administration.
• Assist with SOX controls where applicable.
