Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 5+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work.
• 1-3 years in procurement, supplier development, or purchasing.
• Must understand procurement processes, cost estimation, and cross-functional operations.
• Strong communication, multitasking, decision-making, and team motivation skills are essential.
