Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a Cost Estimator in Washington, DC area with an active Secret Clearance. The role focuses on developing repair and replacement cost estimates, conducting lifecycle cost analyses, and supporting budget planning and procurement activities.

Responsibilities include preparing cost reports, assisting with vendor evaluations, and contributing to acquisition planning while ensuring compliance with government requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of facilities cost estimating experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of facilities cost estimating experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Cost Professional (CCP).
• RSMeans experience.
• Federal construction estimating experience.
• Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
• Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
