Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a Cost Estimator with an active Secret Clearance in the Washington, DC area. You will develop repair and replacement cost estimates, conduct lifecycle cost analyses, and support budget planning and forecasting to support upcoming opportunities.

You will also prepare cost reports and assist with procurement planning and vendor evaluations. This position is aligned with ongoing programs requiring secure handling and compliance.
