OCMI, Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Cost Estimator to join our growing team of construction management professionals. You will perform detailed quantity take-offs, review drawings, and develop cost estimates aligned with client goals.
You should have 2–5 years in cost estimating for vertical construction, proficiency with OST and Excel, and strong communication. Hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Compensation: $90,000 -110,000
