Job summary

Richemont Americas is seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Fort Worth, TX to estimate repair costs for watches, jewelry and premium accessories. You will work closely with diagnosticians at the Richemont Technical Center to ensure pricing reflects Maison guidelines and customer requests.

The role reports to the Cost Estimate Center supervisor and involves explaining deviations when proposing alternate services or parts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years employment in a production based environment preferred.
• Previous SAP experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Customer Service Administrator

Role Overview

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for the overall cost estimate of time pieces, jewelry, and premium accessories at the Richemont Technical Center. These tasks include but are not limited to working closely with diagnosticians and providing a cost estimate for the repairs received at the RTC according to brand policies. This position will report directly to the Cost Estimate Center supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand policies are correctly followed when creating the cost estimates to ensure accurate pricing based on Maison guidelines.
• Ensure that the factory cost estimate reflects the customer’s request and that an explanation is provided when a different service and/or spare parts are proposed that do not align with the customer request.

Qualifications

• 2+ years employment in a production based environment preferred
• Previous SAP experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

NOTE: This role is hired into working from the Richemont Technical Center (RTC), 15100 Trinity Boulevard, Suite 300, Fort Worth, TX 76155 on a temporary basis until April 2027. Between April and June 2027 this position, will be based out of our new location which is in driving distance from the RTC.
