Richemont North America, Inc. seeks a Cost Estimate Administrator to perform aesthetic checks and ensure repair quality for watches, clocks, and jewelry.

This role reports to the CS assistant manager and will handle invoicing, customs docs, and component transfers. The position begins at the Richemont Technical Center (RTC) located at 15100 Trinity Boulevard, Suite 300, Fort Worth, TX 76155 on a temporary basis until April 2027, after which relocation within driving distance to the new site is

• 2+ years employment in a production-based environment preferred.
• Previous SAP experience preferred.
• Watchmaking knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client invoices for finished repairs and ensure payment is collected.

• Reconcile repairs from vendors to proper paperwork.
• Assist with audits performed for quality measures as defined by Supervisor/Manager.

Role Overview

The Cost Estimate Administrator is responsible to perform aesthetic checks on watch/clock/jewelry products after the repairs are completed, ensure that the proper service was performed on the repair Perform tasks following accepted industry standard procedures for product repairs. This position will report directly to the CS asst manager.

Responsibilities

• Validate that the proper service was performed on the repair.
• Perform aesthetic checks for completed repairs of watches and clocks.
• Check individual components of the watch.
• Ensure the item is in the same condition or better upon its return to the client.
• Ensure all items of the repair provided by the client are returned.
• Ensure components requested by the client are returned according to policy.
• Prepare client invoices for finished repairs and ensure payment is confirmed and collected for end clients & non-authorized accounts.
• Prepare Customs documents (proformas) for international shipments to various locations.
• Create system transfers for return components on finished goods to the main distribution center based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Reconcile repairs from vendors to proper paperwork.
• Reconcile any extended repair beyond the departmental lead time.
• Assist with managing the RUS Mailbox and provide email responses to incoming inquiries from internal clients according to KPI.
• Support the team with audits performed for quality measures as defined by Supervisor/Manager.
• Meet or exceed quality and productivity objectives.
• Escalate issues concerning missing product to the direct supervisor upon discovery.
• Demonstrate the ability to be proactive, follow directions, make decisions, problem-solve, and adapt to change.
• Help with processing repair, finished goods, and spare parts inventories via counting and systematic data entry.
• Assist other cross-functional departments with projects or tasks based on business needs.

NOTE

This role is hired into working from the Richemont Technical Center (RTC), 15100 Trinity Boulevard, Suite 300, Fort Worth, TX 76155 on a temporary basis until April 2027. Between April and June 2027 this position, will be based out of our new location which is in driving distance from the RTC.
