Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Program Manager, Cost Engineering to lead cost optimization initiatives for the Modular Conveyor Systems portfolio. The role focuses on developing and executing cost reduction programs and building a robust pipeline of savings for 2026 and beyond.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and a track record of delivering sustainable productivity improvements. Hybrid work options and a base pay range are provided.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, value engineering, cost optimization, or related fields.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across domestic and international teams.
• Proven ability to develop, present, and secure approval for business cases.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Cost Engineering programs to achieve annual cost reduction and productivity targets.
• Deliver sustainable year-over-year cost savings and operational improvements across the Modular Conveyor Systems portfolio.
• Create, maintain, and own the VCP scorecard for MCS with executive updates.
• Build and expand the Cost Engineering project pipeline to support future savings objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute prioritized cost reduction projects.
• Establish governance processes for project identification, execution, savings validation, and reporting.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support investments and project prioritization.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and savings realization to meet objectives.
