Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Report project-level monthly closing of job cost and analyze variances.
• Collect and track progress of work for billing and progress reviews.
• Prepare the four-month forecast with targets for revenue, profit, billing and collections.
• Prepare and analyze reports to reflect current project status: monthly cost, weekly labor/equipment, trimester forecast, annual audit requests.
• Prepare billing requisitions to owners at month end.
• Prepare periodic payments, accrual entries, and contract modifications for subcontractors/vendors.
• Recap and prepare Time and Material submittals for payment.
• Estimate and prepare change proposals.
• Advise on budget structure for field teams.
• Duties may relate to one project or multiple projects.
